The Weld County Fair is excited to announce vendor applications are now open for the 2025 Weld County Fair. The fair will take place from July 19 through July 28, with a post-fair NSPA Truck and Tractor Pull on Friday, Aug. 1, at Island Grove Regional Park.
Vendors are invited to showcase their products, services, and delicious food and drink to the thousands of fairgoers and truck-and-tractor pull enthusiasts expected to attend this year’s shows and community events.
This year’s fair will be bigger and better than ever, with a variety of exciting events, shows, and family-friendly activities. As part of this annual tradition, the fair offers local and regional vendors a unique opportunity to engage with a diverse audience and be part of an exciting community event.
Vendor application details:
- Application deadline: Sunday, May 4, 2025, at 11:59 p.m.
- Vendor and food truck dates: Wednesday, July 23 to Sunday, July 27, 2025, and Aug. 1, 2025 (NSPA Truck and Tractor Pull)
- Location: Island Grove Regional Park, 501 N. 14th Avenue, Greeley, CO

Interested vendors and food truck operators are encouraged to submit applications early, as space is limited. The selection committee makes every attempt to assure that vendors have a worthwhile experience, and that fairgoers have a variety of dining and shopping options.

For over 100 years, the Weld County Fair has celebrated the rich agricultural heritage that is rooted throughout Weld County communities. The Fair Board, its committees, and staff strive to provide an inviting atmosphere within which to celebrate that agricultural heritage through 4-H, FFA events, open class exhibits, friendly competitions, and other community-focused activities.
