Amendments to the Agenda – the agenda is prepared by the Clerk to the Board and approved by the chair prior to the meeting in accordance with publishing requirements outlined in Colorado Revised Statute. The agenda is considered accepted unless amended in the meeting by a two-thirds vote of the BOCC.

- Temporary Closures on County Roads – The Department of Public Works requests temporary closures on county roads when necessary for construction or repair. [2024-0781]

- The board of County Commissioners must direct the Clerk to the Board to publish supplemental budget appropriations that are un-budgeted in the current approved budget or that are an increase from the amount budgeted. [2024-0783]
- According to the Weld County Charter, the BOCC must approve all contracts and agreements to purchase. In this case, equipment requested by the Weld County Sheriff’s Office for drug identification and officer safety. [2024-0803]
Public Comment – As detailed on the agenda itself, the BOCC sets aside time to hear from the public on items not otherwise listed for discussion on the agenda.
